White and Grey is a Dubai based vacation homes and short term rental company providing professionally managed accommodation and property management services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of a confirmed booking or agreement.
Guests must provide accurate complete and current information at the time of booking. White and Grey reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation if incorrect misleading or incomplete information is provided.
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified at the time of reservation. Prices rates and fees are subject to change without prior notice unless confirmed in writing. Applicable taxes fees and charges may apply as per local regulations.
Check in and check out times are communicated at the time of booking. Early check in late check out or special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay. Any damage loss or excessive cleaning required may be charged to the guest. White and Grey reserves the right to recover costs for repairs replacements or additional services.
Properties are provided for lawful residential use only. Parties illegal activities or behavior that disturbs neighbors or violates community rules are strictly prohibited. White and Grey reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund in such cases.
Cancellations modifications and refunds are governed by the applicable Cancellation Policy provided at the time of booking. Guests are encouraged to review the policy carefully before confirming a reservation.
White and Grey is not responsible for personal belongings lost damaged or stolen during a stay. Guests are advised to take appropriate precautions and secure their valuables.
To the maximum extent permitted by law White and Grey shall not be liable for any indirect incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or stay at any property.
The website content including text images logos and materials is the property of White and Grey and may not be copied reproduced or used without prior written permission.
White and Grey may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon publication on the website and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
