Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which reservations made with White and Grey may be canceled or modified. By confirming a booking you agree to the conditions stated below.

All bookings are subject to the cancellation terms communicated at the time of reservation. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through official communication channels to be considered valid.

For short term and vacation home bookings cancellations made within the free cancellation period if applicable will not incur any charges. Cancellations made after this period or close to the check in date may be subject to partial or full charges depending on the booking terms and rate plan selected.

In cases of no show early check out or failure to arrive on the scheduled check in date the full booking amount may be charged and no refunds will be provided.

For long stay corporate or special rate bookings customized cancellation terms may apply and will be clearly outlined in the booking agreement or confirmation.

Any refunds if applicable will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable time frame. White and Grey is not responsible for delays caused by banks payment gateways or financial institutions.

White and Grey reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances including maintenance safety concerns or events beyond our control. In such cases guests will be offered an alternative accommodation of similar standard or a refund at our discretion.

All amendments extensions or changes to a reservation are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.

This Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version published on our website will always apply and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any revisions.
